Q: What type of paper do you print on?
A: We use smooth professional 80lb cardstock for all stationery, invitations and announcements. All photo products are printed on your choice of glossy or lustre professional photo paper.
Q: Are envelopes included with my order?
A: Absolutely! Each order will come with a complete set of classic white envelopes.
Q: May I see a proof before printing?
A: Sure. Please select "Yes" next to proof request on each product page. You will receive your free proof by email within 48 hours. Your order will print once you have approved your proof.
Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: I love custom orders! I will work closely with you to create a design that reflects what you would like.
Q: My baby is due in just a few months. Can I place my order now?
A: I highly suggest it! Place your order and submit your payment now. Then when you are ready, you can email us your details and provide us with your photos. Make sure to add pre-ship envelopes to your order. You will definitely want to get them addressed and ready to send before your new baby is born.
Q: I ordered a photo invitation and/or announcement. How do I send the photo?
A: You can email your digital photos to sweetmadys@msn.com
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Each order takes 7-10 days to print and 2-3 days to arrive at your house if shipping is within the United States.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Currently all orders are shipped through USPS. Please contact me before placing your order if you have any special requests.
Q: What if there is an error with my order?
A: Due to the personalization of all our products, refunds will not be given unless it is an error on our part. Please review spelling, names, dates, etc. carefully before placing your order.
Q: Will sales tax be added to my order?
A: Sales tax will be collected on all orders placed from the great state of Virginia. Go Hokies!
Q: Do you offer Gift Certificates?
A: Absolutely! Just contact me to discuss details.
